With different thickness of Ru spacer layers, the exchange coupling between the two magnetic layers is observed through the change of magnetic properties. We can find that when the spacer layer thickness increases, the hysteresis loop will change. Spin-flop transition occurs when the thickness of 1nm. The magnetic moment in the parallel state maintain until 3.2kOe. It is found that the slope of the hysteresis loop has three different number with the applied magnetic field. There are three-stage flip phenomenon which is presumed to have antiferromagnetic coupling effect between the two layers. It is presumed that the two layers of ferromagnetic layers have exchange coupling effect. There is a similar RKKY effect. The period becomes 2nm.
