| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === This research focuses on projects featuring in heat exchanger and aims to explore the purchasing process, including the mission on each stage, the divisions which participate in the project as well as the evaluation standard by categorizing the projects into two segments according to the essence of the project. This study was carried out by semi-structure interview method with each member in involved division.
Based on the conclusion, here are the suggestions and proposal for procurement organization and contractor.
(1)The procurement organization should summarize and brief the purchasing process and missions on each stage to contractors, which enable contractors to join the project in the initial stage of the entire project.
(2)The essence of the project can be taken as clues for contractors to realize what divisions are influential and decisive in critical stage.
