These have caused prices to be the only competition measure to put enterprises in a very difficult situation and hard to sustain business. Under such circumstances, how to analyze and adjust the current operation status of ready - mixed concrete enterprises and product sales strategy to make breakthroughs and strive in the industry is an urgent issue to enhance long-term development. To enlighten the ready - mixed concrete enterprises with exact development strategy they should take to seek more sales opportunities and survive in the trade, the study attempts to discuss the domestic ready - mixed concrete market situation through analyzing the company’s market, products and business operation aspects to find a new competitive strategy for ready - mixed concrete. It also serves as a reference to help individual companies to stand competitively in the ready - mixed concrete market, and improve their product market share and profits.
