The Theory of Planned Behavior provides the framework of the study (Ajzen, 1985). The 45 sampled medical technologists were selected from New Taipei City Far-Eastern Memorial Hospital in March 2017. We applied the structured questionnaire to collect data that was then analyzed by independent t test, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression. Four major findings are as follows. 1 There are about 94.2% of respondents showing positive behavioral intention of applying MOODLE to the execution of teaching behavior. 2. The data we collected were the attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and behavioral intention of medical technologist in applying MOODLE to the execution of teaching behavior. The attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control of respondent showed positive correlation to the behavioral intention. 3. The attitude and subjective norm could explain 70.7% of variance of medical technologist’s intention of applying MOODLE to the execution of teaching behavior. The explanatory power increased 5.4% by adding perceived behavior control into consideration. In other words, when taking these three variables into consideration,the explanatory power was 76.1%. After applying MOODLE to the execution of teaching behavior, the explanatory power of the respondents increased by 4.4%. Thus,the explanatory power by using these four variables in this study accounted for 80.5%. 4. The result of the study may provide a good reference to other medical in applying MOODLE to the execution of teaching behavior.
