Therefore, the purpose of the study is to collect and analyze Taiwan Power Company’s current operation status, and related case study on Electronic Power Corporation and the impact of the changing business environment on Taiwan Power Company, such as “Power Liberalization” and “Privatization of power industry” government’s policies, rising cost of fossil fuel and groundswell of environmental consciousness.
