The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between the Five-level Triage of emergency department and its influencing factors, analyze the characteristics of patients and the possible influencing factors after medical treatment, and devote the development of hospital improvement measures and care quality. Methods: This project used Cross-sectional study method, and the data of 462,643 emergency patients were collected and analyzed from January 1 to December 31, 2014. Results: The average age of emergency visited patient was 47.34 years old, and the patient number compare by hospital level was "Regional Hospital> Medical Center> District Hospital", and the "Medical Center" in the "Taipei Regional Division" was the highest level of medical treatment. And "Regional Hospitals" accounted for the largest number of medical treatment. (57.6%) was the highest in the "Medical Center" (75.6%), and the Emergency Observation was the largest in the secondary level grade of Triage. Conclusion: the most Emergency medical treatment to the patient were the third level.
