碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 文化資產維護系 === 105 === 　　Based on the concept of “Narrative Management”, this study explores the various types of narratives surrounding the operation of railway culture, form what life experience, what kind of personality, and for what purpose. At the same time, these narratives and operation from what kind of railway culture. Conscious of Problem, it focuses on Allegation and Identity of Railway Culture Heritage, how to construct by narrative management, and then form a growth situation for the stable operation of Railway Culture Heritage. 　　The research process begins with the narration of different groups from the railway culture, and explore the development of the railway preservation movement, and in a long time to participate in the observation, analyze the culture museum of the Takao Railway Museum. 　　The study found that the railway cultural heritage of narrative management, there are substantial to meet the interests of many, but also to the implementation of two strategies in operation. First is to use narrative management to build people longing, or feeling of the railway experience, and then make people take the initiative to touch that. Second, by specific issues and objectives under the narrative management, linking the participation of different groups, as a supporting networks of railway culture heritage. At the same time, it is the ideal development of the railway cultural heritage to develop the practice and meet the needs of different groups under the principle of maintaining the original context or the life course.
