This movement created a unique employment market and a group of professional people--spiritual teachers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between spritual hunger and Taiwan cultural enviroment. The participants in this study were three spiritual teachers in New Age movement. The method of this study were participant observation and documentary analysis. The data collection sessioned about one year. This study was based on the archetypes which was advanced by Carl Gustav Jung, a psychologist. One conclusion is that if the cultural environment cannot take care of people's mental health , then they will continue to be passive, and it will make them feel empty and cause addiction. Cultural and Creative Industry is the key to develop positive spiritual hunger. And there are two suggestions for Cultural and Creative Industry in Taiwan. First, viewers into participants .It means strengthening the pragmatism of Cultural performances. Second, cultural consumers are cultural producers,too.
