| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the foreign employment which affects inner psychological traits of weekend couples and their influences from the foreign mployment.In order to achieve the purposes of the research, it adopts the qualitative research method by the judgmental sampling and the snowball sampling.The subjects of study are six people who are typically weekend couples which are caused by the foreign employment, and the study is to collect the information by semi-structured depth interviews. According to the collective information by interviewing, then make an analysis and summarize the results, we could obtain these following conclusions.
First, weekend couples which is caused by the foreign employment regard that their present conditions are transitory. They have same expectations toward the future to live together.
Second, regardless of variant salary, professional reputation, or future promotion, most of them look upon their career development in equal perspectives commonly.
Third, weekend couples which are caused by the foreign employment are separate in ordinary days, so they have to play multiple roles in their marriage. That is why they need to understand, share emotions, and rely on each other; even adjust their attitudes to maintain great marriage.
Fourth, weekend couples which are caused by the foreign employment believe that the main reason to keep favorable relationship is to put their investment and understandings into this relationship. Therefore, they could live in different place peacefully, and build their future blueprint.
