The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between working pressure and job satisfaction of cleaning team members - taking Douliu City in Yunlin County as an example to have data analysis of personal background variables by questionnaire survey. Analyze the actual information by statistical process, then discuss and offer recommendations to provide the unit as a management reference. In this study, the questions were based on simple working pressure detection system of Institute of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health of the Ministry of Labor. Survey all cleaning team members of the unit, including "working stress", "job control", "workload" and "social support". Statistically analyze the results by "gender", "age", "educational level", "marital status", "years of service", "job category", and provide several suggestions to administrative organization for reference. Some findings of this study are as follows: 1.More than 80% cleaning team members work under stress. 2.Cleaning team members have a high degree of work autonomy in "job control". 3.Cleaning team members have heavy workload in "workload". 4.Cleaning team members have low job satisfaction. 5.Colleagues have 11.8% higher social support than the supervisor. 6.Female cleaning team members and the drivers work under great stress and have higher job satisfaction. 7.Married cleaning team members have high work stress and lower job satisfaction. 8.Over 61 years old cleaning team members have low work stress and higher job satisfaction.
