Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所 === 105 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the connection among mindfulness in sport, mental toughness for sport and flow experience. With 324 college athletes, who had participated in Chinese version of mindfulness inventory for sport, Trait Mental Toughness Inventory for Sport and Chinese version of Flow State Scale, as the target, the information was collected through Independent Sample t test, one-way analysis of variance and Scheffé Test. It is meant to discuss the differences among mindfulness in sport, mental toughness for sport and flow experience from college athletes from various backgrounds. The study is to analyze the connection between mindfulness in sport and mental toughness for sport from college athletes with canonical correlation, as well as to analyze the influence of mindfulness in sport and mental toughness for sport on flow experience. The facts have been discovered that 1. mindfulness in sport from female college athletes is more than the one from male college athletes. While there’s no distinctive difference between them when it comes to mental toughness for sport. However, flow experience from male college athletes is more than the one from female college athletes. Mindfulness in sport, mental toughness for sport and flow experience of the college athletes whose seniority above 11 years and who are qualified Asian level of competition are more than the ones whose seniority below 7 years and who are qualified regional level. 2. The more mindfulness in sport is, the more mental toughness for sport is. 3. From the mindfulness in sport of college athletes, re-focus has a positive influence on flow experience. From mental toughness for sport of college athletes, anti-pressure has a positive influence on flow experience. There are distinctive differences in mindfulness in sport, mental toughness for sport and flow experience among the college athletes who share various backgrounds. The mindfulness in sport and mental toughness for sport of the college athletes can get to predict the flow experience.
