Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所 === 105 === This study aims to explore the relationship between the working pressure and the leisure adjustment strategy of the teachers in Yunlin County, and to explore whether there are significant differences in the views of the small teachers of different characteristics. The results can be provided to Yunlin County schools of the reference. The survey method was carried out by convenient sampling method. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, 400 questionnaires were valid and 384 valid questionnaires were collected. According to the data obtained from the survey, statistical analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent sample t test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that: (1) teachers with different background variables are different in their working pressure, and their feelings are different. (2) Teachers with different background variables have their sensibility Are not the same. (1) teachers should use free time, make good use of school and community venues and resources, actively and effectively cultivate individuals to participate in recreational sports and with colleagues and colleagues to participate in, to achieve the purpose of adjusting the pressure; (2) Should be planning the development of leisure sports, the use of every Wednesday afternoon arrangements for leisure courses for teachers to participate.
