It can be used to simulate the reality of industrial and medical institutions. The system contains the motor system, magnetic bearing system, air supply system. Motor system is used to simulate the running machine and we monitor the operation of the machine is normal and detect device power consumption or other information. The air supply system simulates the central air conditioning system of the building to monitor the temperature and air flow conditions. Finally, the magnetic bearing system simulates low-friction system or magnetic levitating Extra-Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation system(ECMO). ECMO system is a medical machine which can replace cardiopulmonary function of the myocarditis patients. The latest magnetic levitating ECMO system has been proven to have more advantages than the traditional ECMO system and has been widely used. In the implementation of the controller, the motor used the DSP control card of dSPACE1104 to shorten the development time, magnetic bearing system used high-performance low-power MSP432 microcontroller of Texas Instruments and air supply system used Microchip's dsPIC30F4011 microcontroller. The information collected by different types of signals (speed, voltage, current, air flow, duty cycle, height) are sent to personal computer through Zigbee protocol. In the personal computer, we designed human interface to receive data, real-time display, data processing, and finally data were saved into the file upload to the server. It can improve the current stage of the industrial and medical information on the issue of non- unified. So that industrial and medical institution, company and clinics can easily step into IOT era.
