In particular, for large multinational companies, it can integrate the information flow of the enterprise and set up an information platform to optimize the system efficiency. However, during the implementation of the system of import, a complete methodology must be use to make it effective. This study first reviewed the methodology of the ERP system introduced from the literature, and explored the literature to developed a preliminary research framework based on the Information Systems Success Model. The research method used case study. The case selected is an international tire enterprise. Carry on the imported retrospect of ERP system by document analysis. Afterwards, in-depth interviews and observations were used to collect users' questions about ERP and analyzed the key factors affected the system's effectiveness. And as one of the important indicators to improve the system. It can also serve as an important reference for the introduction of other multinational subsidiaries in the group. The in-depth interviews and observations were used to collect user questions on ERP and were established as a research database. Completion of open codes by the two coders against the data of the research database and analyzed of the data on the Grounded Theory. Sequentially, open codes, spindle codes, and selective codes are performed. Finally, research propositions are formed. The research results form five propositions, and compared the proposition with domestic related research. The study find that organizational culture has a positive impact on system quality, and the more human resources, the better the service quality. The ultimate impact on system benefits is system quality, information quality, and service quality. Keywords: ERP, System Benefits, Key Factor, Information System Success Model, Grounded Theory.
