Supply chain performance is an important indicator of whether there is a good interaction between supply chain partners. In many of the academic research in the past, there have been variables in the supply chain performance, but in the omni-channel, the supplier has established a good interaction with the partners and how to deal with it. This part has not yet been discussed. In this paper, the demand of the past customers is pushed down from the point of view of the basic theory of resources to how the supply end needs to be affected by the change in the whole passage. This study presents a research model that includes nine research hypotheses and six major facets, such as big data analysis use, network capability, supply chain agility, efficiency, adaptability, and supply chain performance, to explore the omni-channel environment, supply chain partners on the impact of supply chain performance. The empirical results show that the total number of valid questionnaires is 245, and the results show that the nine hypotheses in the model are supported by the survey.
