The phenomenon means that more and more people immerse in direct marketing in Taiwan. The distributors play the most important role in the direct selling company to achieve the key performance indexes. For sustainable development, the direct selling company must understand the influence of organizational commitments, compensation system and job satisfaction of distributors. By questionnaire to collect 207 samples, this study proceeds reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The findings of the research were summarized as follows: The distributors’ organizational commitment is positive with work satisfaction. The distributors’ compensation systems is positive with work satisfaction. The intermediary effects exist between distributors’ compensation systems, organizational commitments and work satisfaction. The population variables of the distributors do not have direct impact on organizational commitments, compensation systems and job satisfaction.
