The target of the scheme: Using models to analyze and assess the advantages - limitations of Agribank Thanh Hoa and propose the solutions to the improvements until 2020.
The results of the scheme: 1. Generalize the content and clarify the need to use the TOWS analysis models and 05 competitive forces to assess and complete the strategy in Agribank Thanh Hoa in 2020 and elavate the competitiveness of the organization, complete effective operating mechanism and achieve optimum profitability; 2. Analyses showed cohesion in business activity but has not clearly illustrated the differences in products, customers and positioned systems to find the advantages in order to develop and overtake the competitors; 3. Agribank Thanh Hoa continued to maintain and develop the mission of bringing the prosperity to customers, obtain customers trust, and consolidate its position as the first choice in Thanh Hoa province; 4. Increase financial capacity, complete the testing and internal control design towards the access to international routine. Agribank Thanh Hoa need focus on recruiting the gifted, enhance training, deservedly treat so as to promote the environment and motivation to work, stick with the development of Agribank Thanh Hoa.
