Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === In the light of the development of technologies, as the Internet technology, many industrial developments are getting mature, break through the traditional restrictions; it might change the business mode, or even changes the whole rules in the industry. And, Knowledge-Intensive Business Services (KIBS) is an emerging industry grown up by the Internet technology. This study selects a company to understand the influence between the Internet technology and the industry, also the relevance among the Internet, Resource integration and Service Innovation.
In order to reach the purpose; according to Johanna (2002) who proposes the six characteristics of the KIBS, this study will determine this company is classified into KIBS or not. If the company achieves Service Innovation through the Internet, this study will use 4 dimensions of service innovation by Den Hertog (2000) to describe that what the company did for Service Innovation. Finally, based on the way of resource allocation by Tsu-Lung Chou (2001), the Internet is classified into Intangible Assets, in accordance with the characteristics of heteropathic and homopathic resource integration proposed by Peters (2016) to determine the resource integration between the Internet and KIBS is homopathic or heteropathic.
Nowadays, the business model of the company is using internet to provide knowledge-based services. In the future there may be many companies around the knowledge service, and the case of the company put forward many concepts to be deformed or extended, knowledge services and internet technology this heteropathic resource integration caused by the heteropathic effects, there may be more unpredictable possibilities in the future.
From the results of the research company, the KIBS industry can achieve the service innovation through the heteropathic resource of Internet technology. And the resulting service innovation is the emergent properties of the KIBS industry and the heteropathic resource integration of the Internet (ICT or IT) technology produced by.
