So the administration of human resources is very important work, it contributes to creating opportunities to the tremendous success of the enterprise. Recognizing the importance of human resource management and facing challenges in the current period. Agribank – Thai Nguyen Branch has been trying to complete the task assigned to the Headquarters, increasing business efficiency, sustain and growing in the market. But before the changes of the times, the Bank also faced many difficulties, so banks need to be more active, to further improve the development of human resources which were allocated to Head Office to meet those responsibilities more difficult cases in the future and confirmed the role of its competitiveness in the market.
