So, after 3 years of change, with effort of HR activities, Viettel ICT achieved important results. For production: Maintaining stable development of information technology services, development management system, information safety, stabilization projects, to meet the requirements of customers, users. For business: Creating large revenue and high labor productivity compared with the sector average level of 20-31%. For the administration of labor organization: Organizational models, management completed under each tasks group to improve the quality of collaboration in order to achieve good results. For traning: The training has always been enhanced, with more than 1500 times in the last 3 years of training and cost / production training is always growth, contributing to improving the quality of education, enhance the value of human resources, contributing to push the unit's success.
