Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業設計系 === 105 === Currently, with the rising fever of agricultural village tourism, touring navigation aided by mobile devices had become a new trend. This research aimed to develop the mobile tourism navigation suitable for agricultural village tourism and enhance the traveling experience of tourists wherein the education for diet and agriculture, along with relevant ecological knowledge could be learned. By reviewing the system availability of the passive and game-exploring ecological navigation APPs, workload and operational feeling with the integration of the comments from tourism service operators, the design of mobile ecological navigation suitable for agricultural village tourism was proposed.
This research was divided into 3 stages, namely the stage of early research, the stage of system establishment and correction and the stage of experiment and interview. By means of the review of scientific literatures and the investigation on current situations, the design guidelines of small touch interfaces and the demands of navigation contents and functions were confirmed. It was meant to establish the passive and game-exploring mobile navigation APPs with systems tested and corrected. Thereafter, by inviting both youth-aged and middle-aged groups, the system availability and workload were experimented and farm owners were interviewed.
As it could be found from this research, the operational steps for passive ecological navigation were fewer available to release the physical load of the middle-aged group. It was suitable for ordinary tourists easily directed into ecological fields. However, game-exploring mobile ecological navigation featured more operational steps. Although the middle-aged group faced higher physical load, after they became familiar with these steps, they could get into situations soon. Furthermore, the navigation processes were designed with highly interesting elements to enhance the usage willing of the youth-aged group and trigger the exploring motivation of tourists. The design was also suitable for ecological education activities between teachers and students. With the aid of mobile ecological navigation, it could not only improve the quality of navigation service, but also bring tourists with the touring experience totally different from before.
