They exhibit a renewed positive attitude and responsibility towards life, and also hoped to maintain the abilities of independent living. This self-empowerment experience consist the following five themes: (1) proactive attitude towards life; (2) lifestyle adjustments; (3) the care services to aid in physical and mental well-being; (4) love and gratitude toward their children; and (5) obtain new energy from social interactions.
