Summary: | 碩士 === 國立陽明大學 === 醫務管理研究所 === 105 === Recent awareness and advantage of the application of social network on medical service and preventive medicine has invoked the discovery for the relationship between each other. Given the fact that present papers regarding the national health insurance satisfaction survey generally investigated only the access to medical care, medical service satisfaction, personal self-feel health, health behavior and so on, they seldom discussed the connection between individual satisfaction and social support network with nationwide research. On the other hand, individual bonds with the society such as family, friend and neighbor are rather critical to a social inclusion. Besides, the studies of personal social networking relationship are rarely cited in health research, albeit they have been developed for a long time in the discipline of sociology. As a matter of fact, this study will explore r the elated topics around social networks with present data.
This current study was conducted based on “2015 Public Opnion Survey of National Health Insurance”, which investigated citizens aged over 20, to discuss the relationship between satisfaction degree and individual social network. The study results reveal the fact that merely 16% of interviewees talk about topics relating to the national health insurance satisfaction with their relatives or friends. In addition, after controlling for the impact of personal characteristics and types of township through the polynomial logistic regression, we found the negative correlation between satisfaction degree and individual social network, indicating that there is a spiral phenomenon in the social network of the health care which has a negative emotional expansion. According to the data of national health insurance social network, the effective size, density, and cohesion of social network are irrelevant to the specific sorts of social network, yet, the homogeneity indicators show, on the other hand, highly positive correlation with social network, meaning that interviewees tend to interact with people who share common characteristics and interests. Such strong bonds are prone to form small and closed, rendering information and knowledge isolated from outside.
The policy of national health insurance aims to improve people’s health status. In order to achieve the objective of fair and quality medical service, efficient communicational channels are required. This can be completed via analyzing the relationship between social networking indicator and characteristics. With the understanding of this connection, it would be possible to provide better means to propagate health care policies to the public.
