This study utilized 31 preschool teachers teaching in aboriginal area of Miaoli county as the populations. This study distributed a total of 31 questionnaires, and all of them were returned. Basing on the returned questionnaire, the research conclusion is as follow. 1. There are 93.5% of the preschool teachers in aboriginal area of Miaoli county have implemented the exercise and game. 2. Much of the process of preschool exercise and game were 4-6 years, the number of the preschool students receiving the exercise and game in each class is 21-30. The unit for implementation of the preschool exercise and game was 1 class, the number of the classes of the preschool exercise and game implemented per week was mostly 2 and less than 2. Each class lasted for 30 minutes and less than 30 minutes. The main location of the preschool exercise and game was in an outdoor unsheltered space. The course planners were mostly teachers who offered the preschool exercise and game. The source of devices was mainly procured by kindergartens themselves. For the source of faculties, preschool exercise and game teachers were mainly preschool teachers in the kindergartens, for the source of preschool teachers, most of them were not licensed. The educational background of preschool exercise and game teachers were mainly college level. The most of preschool exercise and game teachers had attended the seminar already. The priority of course planning were the special needs of students, the space of the kindergarten, and teaching process and course content. 3. There is nonsignificant relevance in the variable of different background and implementing the course of preschool exercise and game in the kindergarten or not.
