It is necessary to analyze the characteristics of dust explosion and study, to master its explosion principle and basic characteristics, Factors and Hazards of Dust Explosion. In this study, the daily use of food powder can be purchased as a research object, including sweet potato powder, milk powder, etc. In this thesis we explored the characteristics of dust explosion and diffusion of combustion,furthermore we combined with the literature to explore the filter sorting out the dust explosion conditions.We explored the prevention and control of the dust. First, the confined space is simulated with 12L plastic drum, and then the powder is blown and lifted. The experimental results are as follows: First, the impact of food powder burning factors: the size of food powder particles, food powder water content, food powder concentration, food powder chemical composition. Second, the food powder combustion temperature from high to low were: sweet potato flour (416.3 ℃)> glutinous rice flour (275.5 ℃)> milk powder (not litter) = wood powder (not litter).
