Summary: | 碩士 === 吳鳳科技大學 === 消防研究所 === 105 === The compartment fires are determined by the function of the ratio between the surface area of the fire load and the amount of oxygen. In this thesis, We will compare the different of flame between the sheet metal building and the reinforced concrete building, We used the CFAST to simulate the fire environment and to verify by the fire experiment, we can point out the hot layer temperature of the sheet metal building is significantly higher than the reinforced concrete building in the conditions of fire growth between full opening and compartment fires by thermal imager device, this phenomenon is that the thin metal wall is a low heat capacity which directly contributed to a large increase in the number of radiant heat and then happened the phenomenon of metal failure. The thermal imager observes that the combustion and temperature reaction is slowed by the control of oxygen source of opening vent. In recent this experiment results has used in rescue, which is called anti-ventilate tactics, and therefore the thermal imager device can help firefighters find the fire source exactly and rescue successfully, this device has become the efficient instrument in rescue.
