Through analyzing the statistics, the degress of how current military personnel’s job satisfaction influences their inclination of re-enlistment can be revealed. This study exploited the approach of questionnaires which were distributed to and conducted by the officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers of Army Special Operations Forces Command in Taiwan. Analyses were derived from statistics approaches such as descriptive statistics, reliability, quantization tables, differential analysis, correlation methods, and regression analysis. The key findings of the study are as follows: A. It shows an upper-intermediate level of satisfaction in the catogries of military personnel’s colleague relationships and sense of achievement at work. B. Military personnel coming from different backgrounds manifest obvious differences in military job satisfaction and re-enlistment intention. C. There is a positive correlation between military job satisfaction, reimbursement satisfaction, superior satisfaction, work support, colleague relationship, and promotion opportunities, and military personnel’s inclination of re-enlistment. D. The higher satisfaction level in sense of achievement, superior satisfaction, work support, colleague relationship, and promotion opportunities the military personnel have, the higher willingness they have to re-enlist.
