In this study,qualitative semi-structural approach was made to collect data,and there were 13 accountants of elementary school in New Taipei City interviewed with the following summary。. First of all,working pressure is generated from many areas,and the working pressure for accountants of public elementary school is mostly from “workload”,”professional knowledge”,’interpersonal relationship”and” role conflict”. 1. Workload:.staffing regulation,rotation arrangement and part-time system arising from the existing system cause heavy workload so as to increase the working pressure,especially most accountants of elementary school in New Taipei City cannot accept the rotation arrangement across many zones. 2. Professional knowledge: the short of professional knowledge caused by the transfer of administrative personnel or caused by the accountants’ busy working schedule. 3. Interpersonal relationship: communication is the key to improve the working,butinefficient communication increases the conflict between accountants and administrative personnel. 4.Role conflict: different leadership between duel leader system and accredited leader system would affect accountants’morale and increase their pressure. Secondly, the coping strategies include problem-solving,rational analysis,support-seeking and emotional adjustment.Based on the summary from the interviewed data,problem-solving and rational analysis are the strategies related to appropriately handle the problem in working,but support-seeking and emotional adjustment are the stratigies to ease the negative emotion at work. Finally, .it is my hope that recommendation and summary of this study can be for the consideration of schools,administrators,accountants,authorities and others.
