Explore the stirring time, monomer concentration, initiator concentration of light stabilizer concentration and stirring rate on the particle size of the microspheres influences. It was found that the average particle size of microspheres with the initial monomer concentration and photoinitiator increased concentration increases with increasing stabilizer concentration decreases along with the stirring time and stirring rate microspheres particle size becomes smaller . The microspheres are dispersed and placed in a beaker, with UV curing reaction mode 20 minutes after the successful preparation of a particle size of about 50μm ~ 10μm, high yield and uniformity of polymeric microspheres.
