Summary: | 碩士 === 萬能科技大學 === 工程科技研究所 === 105 === Autostereoscopic display with lenticular sheets has been widely study to provide 3D vision because no auxiliary aid is required to acquire 3D perception. The need of 3D videos is a growing hot spot with the development of the lenticular-lens based 3D technology. But the resolution of a 3D image is reduced in lenticular lens systems, Hence, a slanted lenticular system have been developed to distribute the loss of resolution into both the horizontal and vertical directions by slanting the structure of the lenticular lens.
This thesis presents with content distribution research of naked-eyes 3D image display. In order to verify the vision principle of a slanted lenticular lens, firstly, we analyzed the multi-view RGB image sub-pixels distribution method of a well-known Reality Player. Then it concluded a naked-eyes 3D image display method with a slanted lenticular lens.
Finally, using the image distribution method described in this work to synthesize a graphical user interface system. It shows a significantly naked-eyes 3D image display on a slanted lenticular display.
