碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 105 === This study examined the implementation of intelligent walk-through in Lantian Junior High School with emphasis on the effects of implementation, the problems and coping strategies employed by Lantian Junior High School to solve the problems. Moreover, this study presented tangible solutions based on the results acquired from the related research projects and interviews. Data was gathered using semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey method. Four active walk-through staffs were interviewed and 30 teachers of Lantian Junior High School took part in the questionnaire survey. SPSS 22.0 for Windows statistical packages were employed to analyze and process the data acquired from questionnaire survey. Conclusions are summarized as follows: 1. Lantian Junior High School spared no effort to promote intelligent Walk-through. 2. Lantain Junior High School had produced positive effects since it implemented intelligent walk-through. 3. Personnel deployment and time allocation were the major dilemma faced by Lantian Junior High School in terms of walk-through. Currently, this school resorts to patrol and increasing walk-through personnel as the copying strategy to deal with its dilemmas. Last but not least, tangible recommendations were proposed based on the conclusions, and were presented to the education authority, school administrative departments, school teachers and future researchers for their reference.
