碩士 === 臺北市立大學 === 視覺藝術學系碩士在職專班 === 105 === Inspired by more and more people commit suicides in today's society, people face their lives with negative attitudes. When encountering a slump in life, it's much more important that what kind of attitude we should choose to face it. Following by my own experiences, I believe every cloud has a silver lining after those painful affairs. Also, we can't achieve wonderful if we don't have experienced those pains. These experiences give me a firm life philosophy, that is, "It is impossible to arrive the heaven if we've never been to the hell." And this is why I produce works of art this time, I hope that I can deliver my faith to everyone through these artistic creations. This study traces my past experiences, dividing my creations into several stages "Guide, Memorize, Soliloquize, Act, Record". "Guide" and "Memorize", which mean using the way of active imagination to review those important events of mine, happened at the age of 15 to 24. "Soliloquize", which means sound-recording emotions and thoughts of important events after reviewing. "Act" indicates creating things freely and producing the works of art by following my emotion. Dividing negative emotion or positive emotion of those events into two main series-"Darkness" and "Light". "Record", which indicates that I record my awareness and feeling while creating, and after that I analyze my works and communicate with my subconsciousness, finding out the unfinished business. In addition to research the relation between emotions and human beings, I recognize and integrate myself more by following these processes. I have finished twenty-four drawings during this study process, fifty percent of them are darkness series and others are light series. Besides having conversation of consciousness and subconsciousness with each drawing, I also make overall analysis according to the order of making each drawing after that. It not only makes me be aware of the power inside my heart, but finds every event is closely connected and inseparable even though these events seems unrelated to others. Each event has subtle influences to me, including good and bad. But just because of my firm faith that makes these good or bad seeds bloom into beautiful flowers so that I can enjoy the abundant harvests now.
