Moreover to compare the difference in personal background variables between participation motivation and constraints. This study was used a questionnaire survey and the research tool consists of “Scale of Learning Satisfaction” and “Scale of Learning Effect.”The statistical software package SPSS for Windows (Version 20.0) was used for all data entry and analysis. The key conclusions of this study are: (1)There are four factors for learning satisfaction. The importance in the order is“Peer interaction”, “Coach leader”, “Site equipment”, and “School administration”.(2)The results of the variance analysis in different sex, school year,participation hours, and seniority showed that there were significant differences for all factors of learning satisfaction.(3) There are three factors for learning effect. The importance in the order is “Cognition”, “Skill ” , and “Affection”.(4) The results of the variance analysis in grade age, participation hours, and seniority showed that there were significant differences for all factors of learning effect.(5) The overall learning satisfaction and the overall learning effect were shown to be positive correlation with one another.
