The purpose of this paper is to explore what kind of mathematical content is recorded in the " Warizansho " and the association with the socio-economy at that time. This study is mainly through the electronic engraving of Northeastern University in Japan, and the electronic text of the library and the translation of the ancient mathematics set are discussed, and the interpretation of the books and periodicals related to the history of mathematics is also discussed. The results of the study found that the math contents of the " Warizansho " were divided into two parts: Dividends and practical math. The dividends included the division of the law, the division of the two digits, the conversion of gold and silver, and the conversion of the two substitutes. The practical mathematics included The calculation of the capacity, the calculation of the capacity, the calculation of the borrowing rate, the measurement of the land area, the distribution of the building fortifications, etc., in the book. Although mathematics is not as accurate as mathematics now, and in the calculation formula is slightly rough, but in life applications we often do not use such a precise number, so through the " Warizansho " obtained by the value sufficient to meet the daily life need.
