The researchers at home and abroad, according to a discussion of the literature, sorting, analysis and induction, and please the teachers pilot test, expert validity examination way, set up "teacher to teacher training center satisfaction questionnaire of indicators to establish" the formal questionnaire, aiming at Soochow university and the university of Taipei city born two schools of teachers in the investigation. Its aim is to compare the current teacher education center of evaluation indexes and established from the perspective of teachers have satisfaction survey indicators, as well as a variety of different background variables of teachers of different, for the future to establish a teacher education center of external evaluation and internal evaluation for reference. The results of the study is briefly as follows: 1.Various degrees have moderate importance, and the average "operation of the network teaching platform" is the highest, the lowest for staffing and teaching resources, low qualification of selecting appropriate for students. 2.Two schools teachers think the importance degree of all items are moderate, in the practical course of proper planning, competency degree of instructor, graduates reached significant difference on the performance of the average. 3.Different teacher training program of teachers living on average in each item have many differences, many teacher culture program has the remarkable difference between the average. 4.Born teachers of different length of time in each item on average have a slightly different, overall length of four years of teaching in various degrees of average is low, and the length of one to three years of the teachers have significant differences on many items degrees. 5. Birth and experts and scholars, faculty evaluation institutions of views about the same. 6. The teachers have less value topic has nothing to do with their own learning. 7. The administrative level is not suitable for on teachers' life satisfaction index of teacher training center. 8. In addition to gender variables, different background of teachers attaches great importance to the satisfaction survey index is different.
