Interview-based research, to encourage the use of shared experience, read, analyze, identify experienced teachers give meaning and effect in accordance with two teachers. Before learning to encourage, two teachers in response to the needs of the environment and curriculum, ignoring individual differences in children, to give them a lot of specifications and requirements. The hearts of child-centered mind lopsided encounter bottlenecks.After learning encouraged them to change the view of the child's vision and attitude towards children, attention to process than on the outcome. Two teachers try to slow down and will encourage into the curriculum. Manufacturing the chances of success for the children, with the vision to identify children who enjoy the advantages and strengths, empathy, acceptance of different faces of each child. Flip two teachers encourage children to faith in the process, they broke the hearts of the original frame, put down the expectations of teachers to children's eyes to the world, to put yourself in the child's heart for the children's sake, and the child becomes close to regain mind and enthusiasm.
