the skin to relieve itching, leaves with circulation analgesic and the effect of cleaning and the root bark also has the effect of insecticide function.
In this study, the antioxidant activity was analyzed for the water extract and ethanol extract of Melia azedarach. We found that the water extract of Melia azedarach has the high concentration of total phenoliccompounds. On the contrary, the ethanol extract of Melia azedarach has the better DPPH free radical scavenging ability. In the future, the raw materials has potential to used in the human or pet beauty care products development.
At present, we have completed the field pest control experiment of Melia azedarach extract. We hope that by using the results of this study, we will convince farmers to replace the traditional pesticides with environmental and botanical extracts. We also expect that Melia azedarach
extract can be widely used in cosmetics or agriculture and other biotechnology products. Enhance food safety and consumer confidence, and promote the agricultural industry of science and technology and international competitiveness.
