SPSS and AMOS statistical window software as a statistical analysis tool, the sample to descriptive statistical analysis, t test, one-way ANOVA analysis, regression analysis and other methods to analyze the results found: 1, Individual basic variables have significant differences in corporate social responsibility. 2, individual basic variables on the organizational behavior of the citizens have a significant difference. 3, corporate social responsibility of the faculties and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant correlation. 4, corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behavior has a positive predictive power.
