碩士 === 國立臺南藝術大學 === 造形藝術研究所 === 105 === "I do not know that much" used to be my personal tagline before I came to Taiwan. I always thought that my paper cutting ‘art’ would be my career for the rest of my life. The fact is, I never sat down and thinks about the true meanings of everything. This may be derived from the habits of Hong Kong, everybody lives well and accept fast and busy city life. After studying in Tainan, the creative environment has changed, the working partner has changed, I tried to do some of my favorite things I had never done before, and tried to understand myself, release from that fast, high pressure society. It was a happy time. I do not have much foundation of art theories, our teacher said, artist is the expert of feelings, I felt ashamed, because seems that I don’t know what I feel about. I only know that I can work in the design company, to earn for my daily life. This shift of my physical body leads to the transformation of my thinking in my artworks, which can be read in this paper. I try to solve my own problems by using different ways to reduce my physical discomfort, as well as the artworks problems I encountered. In this paper, I hope I can sort out my ideas and artworks, and also hope to clarify my mind and the relationship with the work, context and ideas, give myself a clear picture for knowing my position. Because I do not want to be a person who mixed everything up.
