Because it is not toxic, does not contain heavy metals, in recent years began to be widely studied and applied. Inorganic polymer with the advantages of high temperature, the previous study has made it a better foam insulation effect, but there is a high cost of raw materials compared with the problem and reduce efficiency. This study attempts to use foaming as a raw material for the production of foamed inorganic polymers. It is expected to be an environmentally friendly green material for sustainable development and energy saving, and to contribute to low-cost materials for fire insulation. In this study, the ratio of aluminum powder and stirring time as the parameters, the production of 20cm diameter round cake sample, the high temperature test. The results show that most of the ratio can meet the CNS12514 fire safety specifications, can be used as a filler for the production of fire doors.
