Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班(碩士在職專班) === 105 === In the construction industry, there are many limitations in schedule updating using Arrow Diagram Method (ADM) and Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) approaches for construction building projects. One of these limitations is that it is not easy to illustrate the location regarding to updating schedule effectively. To enhance the limitation, the study proposes the construction graphic-based as-built schedule updating management approach for construction building projects. This study focuses on easy and simple color and marked illustration for schedule updating using proposed approach. Integrated proposed approach, construction updating schedule management can be enhanced for easily illustration and identification with color identified location. Finally, the proposed approach is applied to a selected case study of a new building project in Taiwan to verify its efficacy and demonstrate its effectiveness for general contractors. Finally, this study identifies conclusion, suggestion, benefits, and facing problems through the real case for further applications.
