碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 土木工程系土木與防災碩士班 === 105 === The public construction is a way to maintain the national basis development.The government unit positively has since continuously handled the related measure which the public works construction quality checks, stipulated above certain amount the public works must establish quality of personnel, so as to promotes quality of the public works. In 1996 the Public Constrution Committee of the Executive Yuan announced to carry into execution entrust the organization to manage training tube personnel, the main purpose in the guidance project personnel quality control training. Focusing on Taiwanese quality management personnel, this study extracted primary data from the “Public Works Quality Management Personnel Training Class” conducted by the National Taipei University of Technology, and use of the SPSS software to analyze the data. By binary logistic regression model, an empirical analysis was performed to analyze the factors affecting the behaviors of passing grades concerning their decisions regarding of sex, age, education, seniority, exam qualification, or position. The empirical results indicated that type of sex, age, education, and seniority have significant influences on passing grades.
