For many years, small public constructions account for 50% of all public constructions. It is a large amount . However, small public construction works are bad universally. The host units of small public construction are not responsible institutions usually, so they don’t have much resource to control the quality. In the past, there are a few papers about small public constructions quality control. We decided to choose “how to improve small public construction quality” as a topic. This research collect data over the years. We do statistical analysis and questionnaire survey. We find the reasons why the quality is not good, and we offer strategy to improve the public constructions quality. The host units and supervision units and contractors may take it as a reference source.
