The design consisted of three parts, chopped-dehydrated mechanism design, oil-water separated mechanism design and the transmission mechanism design. The design, Chopped-dehydrated mechanism, which was used centrifugal force to combo chopped and dehydration in one mechanism. It could make chopped capacity higher, simple design and save more space than existing commodity. Another design, oil-water separated mechanism, which was taken advantage of lipophilic and hydrophobic material, the design of geometric location, and the design of flow path to precise separation of oil and water. The wheel of this design could reuse more times. Special material of this design could replace simply. The other design, transmission mechanism, which was used planetary gear train to reduce spindle speed. It was used angle gear to change the direction of power transmission and was taken pulleys for long distance drive. This research can let food waste get dry and the volume of food waste be decrease. At the same time the wastewater was excreted without oil. This research collected all literatures and patent, then analyzed and classified all mechanism by actuation patterns. According to the design condition, has limited and standard, drew up the better modal of mechanism. Established the design of 3D model and interference checking which is made by CAD software. Finally, the design of the knife tools was analyzed strength and safety by CAE software.
