| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院經營管理EMBA專班 === 105 === Elderly, with age, physical, organ function and physical strength began to decline, resulting in the health of the elderly have a problem. The rapid aging of our society, the rapid changes in the aging society, bring about changes in the form of life and social structure, triggering new needs and problems. The focus of government and civil concern are having requirement for relative planning and in response to countermeasures. The study was conducted by interviews with three management groups of different nursing institutions, and the interview results were compared with the previous literature is to investigate on success factors of a nursing institution. The empirical analysis of this study found that personnel’s training in each care center has its own educational mechanism, the cultivation of talent mainly in the professional ability. The professional ability can also include professional knowledge, professional skills and professional attitude of three factors. These three are interacting and occurring simultaneously in specific behavior. To take care of the address of the center, community-based care center is the priority of transportation convenience. Nursing institutions are very different from each other, and to get out of the disadvantages, must be able to find their own nursing institution features, whether tangible or invisible. The service is easy to be copied, the hardware is the same, but in the experience of teaching is the real know-how, is really can’t be copied, is also a real success factor. The contribution of this research can provide other nursing institutions as well as official and academic units to understand the dilemma of the care center operations and to refer to the development and implementation of the policy in reference to the results of this study.
