Nevertheless, is there any significant difference caused by their personality traits in their motives? Meanwhile, do the courses provided in the Program satisfy their current needs and expectations? Can they acquire a balance among academic requirements, career and family? Does the Program provide more possibilities for their future career development? According to the study, the enrollment motives for senior managers with Extraversion personality trait are recommendations from friends and the desire to acquire a master degree in business. Therefore, it is suggested that the EMBA program should establish a mechanism of supportive learning or co-learning. The enrollment motive for senior managers with the Agreeableness personality trait is to learn and to integrate different perspectives from different industries. Therefore, the EMBA program should establish a formal platform across different departments and countries. As for senior managers with Conscientiousness personality trait, they expect to acquire state-of-the-art knowledge and networking in the Program. Thus, their needs will be satisfied if the Program could have case studies from industry leaders. The motive for senior managers with Neuroticism personality trait is to better their academic qualifications. Therefore, in order to cope with their needs, the EMBA program should provide courses and teachings more related to business practice. As for senior managers with the personality trait of Openness to experience, the motive for their enrollment is influence from alumni. They protest that the Program should have a sound mechanism of elimination. It is suggested that the Program should invite well-established business leaders to share their experiences with these senior managers. The Study aims to provide those senior managers who plan to enroll any EMBA programs a foundation for decision. Furthermore, results of the Study could serve as a marketing guideline for all the EMBA programs. It could help them better coping with needs of the students with different motives and recruiting more accurate targets, so that needs of both the supply and demand sides could be met with a win-win relationship. 陳建丞 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 134 zh-TW |

The Study aims to provide those senior managers who plan to enroll any EMBA programs a foundation for decision.
