Provide an open questionnaire to managers or business owners who manage Thai employees to understand the personality traits of Thai employees based on their experience in Thailand. That is, have some specific personality traits, in the workplace is the quality of staff. A total of 40 questionnaires were sent from the questionnaire, 20 were collected and 20 were valid. The main research object is in Thailand for more than 10 years of business in Taiwan businessmen, and the size of the company in the number of employees more than 50 people. The data of the respondents were as follows: 15 manufacturing and 5 service industries. The main results of this study are as follows: (1) The personal characteristics of Thai employees in the performance of the advantages of the main bias in the affinity and emotional stability. (2) Thai businessmen in Taiwan, in terms of job performance, most of the hope that the outstanding staff can have both "role in the behavior" and "role outside the behavior." (3) diligent positive personality traits, in the performance of the performance is necessary. However, Thai employees because of the natural personality, is unable to meet the requirements of Taiwan businessmen, by the design of a variety of local management system, cleverly solved the problem. (4) Thai employees do not like thinking, poor response. But for the work of the degree of detail is yes. Can be for the Thai staff personality characteristics, the work of their duties to distinguish clearly. If the company is manufacturing, Thai employees can be responsible for more customized work content. If the company is a design and development class, or editorial planning and so on. In the selection of Thai employees responsible for this work, should be aimed at the response or creativity to do the assessment. (5) For local businessmen in Thailand, if you are working with Thai employees, no matter which industry do you have, it is necessary to give yourself a buffer time when you are instructing a Thai employee, because the Thai people are too Optimistic, to retain their own flexibility time, so spare time to solve the abnormal occurrence.
