In recent years, with the online payment, cloud computing and social network of rapid development and improvement, making the Internet financial financial industry to become a new trend. At present, countries in the world in order to be able to protect the achievements of their own Internet financial innovation, patent applications, authorizations in the implementation of easing policies, making the number of domestic Internet finance applications more and more. According to statistics, the number of domestic Internet finance applications, the number of authorized in about 2010 began to increase significantly, but compared with foreign developed countries, the number of less than normal. The reason for this phenomenon is mainly Chinas Internet financial business method patent development time, patent application authorization between the waiting time is too long, the patent quality is low, the lack of specific legal norms. Based on this, the author will combine the domestic and foreign scholars on the subject of research results, the relevant theory as a basis for the current situation of Chinas Internet financial patent protection and the existence of related issues to analyze, so as to promote Chinas Internet financial health and orderly development Provide theoretical reference.
