Therefore we can conclude that ability of material management is very important. This Research focus on intelligentized of material management. Research object: Measuring instruments of high customized products with small-volume but large-variety. To know the material management of measuring instruments through interview with experts and collect the interview content by the way of Scenario analysis, come to the below conclusion: To realize Industry 4.0 material management, enterprise need to import these supporting systems: 1. Enterprise resources planning system; 2. Manufacturing resources system; 3. APS advanced production planning and schedule system; 4. Products R&D management system; 5. Warehouse and logistics management system. 6. Digital statistic board, to deploy production resources by system, avoid human misjudgment, achieve cooperation between human and instruments. To research the procedures of Industry 4.0 material management from complicated products, then to import industry 4.0 on simple products to achieve intelligentized of material management.
