| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 經營管理系碩士在職專班 === 105 === E-sports are becoming more and more popular. E-sports platform websites as a portal of the e-sports are also booming. Its function and positioning is still in the growth period. This research will integrate the traditional construction model and add a lot of new contemporary elements, then do the investigation and verify for the e-sports platform websites. Also, this research will find out the elements’ importance and the weight of "developers" and "users" sides.
After integrating the service models and reviewing related documents, the researcher has added new technologies for the base theory and collected merits from other well performing e-sports platform websites. By using analytic hierarchy process and quality function deployment, the researcher was able to determine key factors that are crucial to users and developers. The researcher expects this research could be beneficial for relevant industry reference in the construction of e-sports platform websites in the future. The researcher also expects the result can improve the primary problems and the important factors that reported by users then improve the practicality and the reliability of e-sports platform websites.
